Fine dining tableware for banqueting service at St. Regis Singapore
In one of our recent posts we described the creative process behind custom made designs for banqueting service at St. Regis hotel in Abu Dhabi. Today, we would like to share with you more of our fine dining tableware designs for this luxury hotel chain.
Our team worked on bespoke tabletop presentation for banqueting function at St. Regis Singapore. Known as “the address of luxury”, the hotel is the epitome of opulence and refined experiences. It’s John Jacob ballroom is renown its elegant and lavish interior, perfect for festive and exclusive occasions. The ballroom is adorned with lavish crystal chandeliers and features high ceiling and striking skylights. The decor is based on neutral beige, white and brown colors, with warm undertones that give the space sophisticated, elegant look.
Glass Studio designed fine dining tableware that complements the style of the venue and gives a beautiful backdrop for the elegant banquet-style dining. Our designers created a range of bespoke dinnerware, featuring show plates, napkin rings, bread and butter plates, dessert plates with cloches and glass boxes as sugar holders.
The show plates and side plates were made in soft slightly irregular round shapes, and were paired with square napkin rings.
The designs featured a combination of gold and clear glass, beautifully accentuated through the “millefiori” floral pattern – a design with a delicate flowers and glass flakes adorning the center of each flower.
Show plates also featured a signature St. Regis logo in gold color, placed at the center of the plate. The logo was tastefully combined with the floral pattern to provide the recognition of the hotel’s powerful brand, but without distorting the harmony of the overall table setting.
The sophisticated choice of colors and patterns allowed to achieve ultimate sophistication and elegance, leaving enough room for a variety of tabletop presentations to match different themes and occasions (as seen here and here), which makes it perfect for banqueting service.
